Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- at least one year of dishwashing or related experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- availability for full time work including varied shift days
- willingness to follow all safety and hygiene protocols
- legal authorization to work in the united states

Job Duties
- scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in dishwashing machines
- washes pots, pans and trays ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation
- polishes silverware using burnishing machine, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloths
- ensures compliance with safety procedures
- maintains temperatures and chemical levels as per standards
- keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
- sweeps and mops kitchen floors to maintain sanitation
- cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators and other food prep surfaces
- removes trash and cleans garbage cans
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- helps load and unload supplies and product
- performs other duties as assigned
