Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties
- Keeps work areas, food storage areas, and garbage area clean and safe at all times
- Assists in control of inventory and supplies, by not breaking dishes and handling everything properly
- Reading and following department of health standards and food industry standards
- Perform all other duties as required, including prep work or additional tasks as needed
- Washes and sanitizes all flatware, glassware, and china
- Removes trash and keeps exterior trash areas clean
- Collaborates with kitchen and front of house staff to ensure efficient dishwashing and service flow
