Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools including dishwashing machine and trash compactor
- wash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
- receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock
- use detergent and sanitizing chemicals in 3-compartment sink to clean dishes
- inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items and send soiled items back for re-washing
- rack and spray racked items with hot water to remove food residue
- sort, soak, and wash or re-wash silverware
- breakdown dirty bus tubs
- empty and maintain trashcans and dumpster area
- clean and mop all areas in assigned departments
- dispose of glass properly
- break down cardboard boxes and place recyclables in recycle bin
- follow all company and safety policies and report maintenance needs and unsafe conditions
- protect company assets and maintain positive working relationships
- ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- move and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
