Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes
- Follow all food safety and sanitation policies
- Dispose of trash and recycling correctly and timely
- Assist with kitchen cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors
- Support kitchen staff in organizing supplies and stock
- Adhere to safety procedures and report hazards
