Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to perform all restaurant-level functions
  • Capable of working with hot, cold, and potentially hazardous equipment
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Capacity to work in varied temperature conditions
  • Specific vision abilities including close, color, peripheral, and depth perception
  • Ability to reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance as needed

Job Duties

  • Responsible for organization, cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of dishes and dish area per health regulations
  • Wash, sanitize, and organize small wares, dishes, glasses, silverware, and cooking supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, dish service area, and storage areas
  • Restock kitchen supplies and notify management when inventory is low
  • Assist with cleaning and maintenance of restaurant and restrooms, sweep and clean floors
  • Sort and remove trash and clean garbage cans
  • Help unload deliveries and store supplies
  • Assist with proper opening and closing of the restaurant
  • Assist with prep work
  • Communicate with Chef and Manager on Duty about kitchen-related issues
  • Promote teamwork and assist the team as needed
