Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role preferred but not required
- ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
- capable of performing repetitive motions such as bending kneeling pushing pulling and stretching
- reliable and punctual
- able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to work with others as a team
- ability to exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 8 hours
- knowledge of kitchen sanitation standards
- physical ability to perform required motions throughout the shift
- basic understanding of cleaning chemical usage
Job Duties
- clean dishes glasses pots pans and utensils used throughout the shift by employees and guests
- help put away deliveries
- keep the dishwasher in good working order
- set up the three compartment sink for all equipment that has to be hand washed
- be knowledgeable of the chemicals used at each step of the cleaning process
- sweep and mop floors as needed
- keep open communication with team members
