Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior dishwasher or kitchen sanitation experience preferred but not required
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- ability to manually handle kitchen utensils and supplies
- ability to follow safety and sanitary procedures
- physical capability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team

Job Duties
- Scrape food from dirty dishes and wash by hand or dishwashing machine
- wash pots, pans, and trays
- sweep and mop kitchen floors
- wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- separate and remove trash and garbage and place it in designated containers
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- assist in light food prep work, product processing, storage tasks, and other culinary tasks, as assigned
- comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- perform other duties as assigned
