Job Requirements
- Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
- Availability to work full-time schedule including nights from 5:30 pm to 2:00 am and every other weekend
- Experience in dishwasher or general cleaning duties preferred
- Commitment to maintain sanitary and safety standards
- Willingness to comply with company policies including drug-free workplace
- Physical capability to handle cleaning, lifting, and moving tasks
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- General cleaning and dishwasher experience preferred
- Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety procedures
- Good physical stamina to handle washing, lifting and moving supplies
- Ability to work full-time schedule including nights and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
- Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans and trays
- Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth
- Ensures compliance with outlined safety procedures
- Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards
- Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
