Three Birds is a new, modern neighborhood New American restaurant located in the Dayton area, dedicated to offering chef-driven lunch and dinner menus that blend contemporary culinary techniques with familiar, approachable flavors. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- capacity to work under stress and maintain efficiency
- physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
- willingness to follow instructions and operate dishwashing equipment safely

Job Duties
- Operate dishwashing machines efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
- ensure all kitchen and dining utensils are cleaned to standard
- assist kitchen staff with cleaning tasks as needed
- manage waste disposal and recycling processes
- monitor dishwashing supplies and report shortages
- adhere to health and safety regulations
