Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates, glassware, and utensils
- maintain cleanliness of guest and team member touch points
- ensure all dishwashing equipment is operated safely and hygienically
- monitor dishwashing area for safety and sanitation standards
- support kitchen and dining staff with timely dishwashing service
- comply with health and safety regulations
- assist with general cleaning tasks as needed
