Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous dishwashing or restaurant experience is a plus but not required
  • strong team player who can work quickly, efficiently, and safely
  • excellent time management and communication skills
  • ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 25+ pounds
  • willingness to comply with food safety procedures and cleanliness standards
  • flexible schedule and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, and other cooking equipment according to food safety standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the dish pit and kitchen areas
  • clean kitchen equipment, appliances, sinks, and prep stations as directed
  • sweep and mop floors, promptly clean up spills and broken items
  • take out trash and clean garbage cans regularly
  • assist with unloading and organizing food and supply deliveries
  • restock clean dishes and cookware in their proper locations
  • support cooks and other team members with prep and cleaning tasks as needed
  • report safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or sanitation issues to a manager
  • follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
