Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using an automatic dishwasher or by hand
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and countertops
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors, remove trash and recycling, and ensure that all areas are clean and organized
- Assist with food preparation, including peeling and chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling food items
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are running low
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including wearing gloves, hairnets, and aprons as required
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
