Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in dishwashing or food service helpful but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift heavy items safely
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining sanitary work environment
- Eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Operate dish washing machine or hand wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans
- Maintain preparation and service areas in a sanitary condition, empty trash and move to dump site, comply with local sanitation standards
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Contribute to overall cleanliness and organization of facility
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Support kitchen staff as needed
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies
