Job Requirements
- Be willing to maintain a safe and clean kitchen by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and stocking dishes and utensils
- Be able to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds
- Be able to stay on your feet for long periods of time
- Maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, team members, and visitors
- Exhibit a desire to model Touchmark's core values and encourage others
- Availability to work day/evening hours ending by 7:30 pm
- Availability to work some weekends and holidays

- Ability to handle kitchen equipment safely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen floors and surfaces
- Safely operate kitchen equipment
- Stock clean dishes and utensils in designated areas
- Anticipate kitchen needs to ensure smooth operation
- Work collaboratively with dining services team
- Uphold safety and hygiene standards
