Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwasher or by hand
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
- Monitor dishwasher operation and maintenance
- Dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately
- Assist kitchen staff with basic prep and cleaning tasks as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Support team members to maintain a smooth kitchen workflow
