Job Duties
- Scrape and pre-rinse food from dirty dishes
- place dishes in the dishwashing machine
- wash pots, pans, trays, work area tables, walls, refrigerator equipment, cooling equipment, and floors by hand and/or machine
- clean garbage cans and trash receptacles
- remove trash and garbage to dumpster area
- assemble, maintain, and break down dish machine
