Job Duties
- Set up and break down dish machine including arms screens and baskets
- Clean and polish machine thoroughly removing any paper and hosing down interior
- Check machine to be sure it is operating correctly and report any defects immediately
- Wash and store in proper places all dishes pots pans and utensils
- Check water temperature during dishwashing operation to ensure proper temperature
- Remove trash from dish room and place in dumpster
- Clean and sanitize garbage cans and keep clean liners in cans at all times
- Clean and keep neat dish room area including detergent storage area and belt line
- Keep all lowerators clean polished and neatly stored
- Perform other duties as assigned
