Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are washed and sanitized properly
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and equipment
- Assist in cross-training for minimum three service positions
- Support team members to ensure smooth operational flow
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to sanitation
- Handle physical demands including standing for long periods and lifting heavy items
- Participate in training and development programs
