Job Requirements
- Place dirty dishes glassware tableware and cooking utensils in racks to send through dish machine
- Wash pots and pans trays by hand
- Remove trash to dumpster
- Set up or break down dishwashing area
- Clean floors at end of night
- Assemble disassemble dish machine
- Wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry
- Be able to reach bend stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 10 hours
- Be able to work in increased and decreased temperatures
Job Qualifications
- No prior experience needed will train
- Ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively with kitchen staff
- Basic understanding of sanitation and safety practices
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions
