Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift heavy items frequently
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Ensure timely removal of dirty dishes from the service area
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep and kitchen organization as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Operate dishwashing machinery efficiently
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed
- Support kitchen team to ensure a smooth workflow
