Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Commitment to Touchmark's values including excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
- Willingness to maintain a safe and clean kitchen by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and stocking dishes and utensils
- Ability to correctly and safely operate kitchen equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a large team
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, team members, and visitors

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly
- Stock dishes and utensils in appropriate places
- Operate kitchen equipment correctly and safely
- Collaborate with dining services team members to ensure kitchen efficiency
- Maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, and visitors
