- Must have experience working in fast paced restaurant environment
- Must have a Food Handlers Card
- Must be fully vaccinated against or willing to provide weekly negative covid-19 test per county mandate

- Must have a Food Handlers Card
- Must be fully vaccinated against or willing to provide weekly negative Covid-19 test per county mandate
Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize and properly stock all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware
- Maintain cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping and mopping
- Empty the kitchen trash receptacles and properly dispose of garbage
- Perform daily cleaning including dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system
- Store all dishes and other wares in proper areas
- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
- Clean, wash and sanitize all dishes, clean kitchen after close
- Perform other duties as required
