Job Duties
- Cleaning and maintaining all restaurant areas
- Cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- Operating dishwashing equipment safely and correctly
- Emptying all kitchen and other area trash
- Supporting cooks with prep work, including making Cheddar Bay Biscuits
- Focusing on team and customer needs in all decisions
- Following all cleaning and safety protocols
