Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment beneficial
- valid Food Handler's Permit as required
- flexibility with work schedule including early morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Washing all dishes and assisting cooks in preparation of breakfast, lunch, or dinner meals
- complete all cleaning duties on a daily, weekly, and monthly schedule
- handle all food, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with federal, state and local procedures
