Job Duties
- Provide clean and sanitized dishes, flatware, pots, pans
- Maintain dish work areas, equipment, and tools for food service
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently
- Support kitchen and front-of-house staff by ensuring the availability of clean utensils and cookware
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the dishwashing area
- Work collaboratively with teammates to maintain smooth kitchen operations
- Address dishwashing tasks promptly and with a sense of urgency
