Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and operate automated dishwashing equipment
- Good physical stamina to handle the demands of the role
Job Duties
- Operate and maintain the automated dishwashing system
- Ensure all dishware and utensils are cleaned and sanitized according to food safety standards
- Organize and maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area and kitchen as needed
- Assist the kitchen and service team by delivering clean dishes in a timely manner
- Follow health and safety protocols to support restaurant cleanliness and hygiene
- Demonstrate flexibility by working various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow
