Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus but not required
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and operate automated dishwashing equipment
  • Good physical stamina to handle the demands of the role

Job Duties

  • Operate and maintain the automated dishwashing system
  • Ensure all dishware and utensils are cleaned and sanitized according to food safety standards
  • Organize and maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area and kitchen as needed
  • Assist the kitchen and service team by delivering clean dishes in a timely manner
  • Follow health and safety protocols to support restaurant cleanliness and hygiene
  • Demonstrate flexibility by working various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow
