Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- capacity to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or similar environment preferred
- ability to operate commercial dishwashing equipment
- strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- good communication and teamwork skills
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant
- clean and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- operate dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly
- empty all kitchen and other area trash
- work as a team supporting cooks with prep work including making Cheddar Bay Biscuits and other tasks as needed
- focus on team and customers ensuring every decision keeps both in mind
- follow all cleaning and safety protocols
