Job Requirements

- current food handler's permit
- willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive motions

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- follows established departmental and store policies and procedures
- ensures the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, and dish washing area of the kitchen
- puts away clean dishes in their appropriate spot
- responsible for cleaning and maintenance of the dishwashers, including periodic de-liming
- ensures that the dish washing area is kept clean and safe for all associates
- ensures the kitchen is cleaned and sanitized daily and meets the company standards for appearance
- delivers excellent customer service to all customers
- receiving and stocking of product
- assists as needed to ensure the success of the kitchen as a whole
