Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work full-time
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- capacity to work in varying temperature conditions
- ability to stand and be active for extended periods
- manual dexterity for operating kitchen cleaning equipment
- willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- good communication skills
- ability to follow sanitation protocols

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots and pans
- ensure restaurant and banquet kitchens are properly stocked with kitchenware at the start of shifts
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchens and food preparation areas including ovens, grills, stoves, hoods, fryers, slicers, steam kettles, tables and floors
- assist culinary staff with special requests or priorities as required
- operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- adhere to cleanliness and sanitation protocols consistently
- support team operations to maintain smooth workflow
