Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work full-time
  • physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • capacity to work in varying temperature conditions
  • ability to stand and be active for extended periods
  • manual dexterity for operating kitchen cleaning equipment
  • willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • good communication skills
  • ability to follow sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in kitchen stewarding or related hospitality role preferred

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots and pans
  • ensure restaurant and banquet kitchens are properly stocked with kitchenware at the start of shifts
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchens and food preparation areas including ovens, grills, stoves, hoods, fryers, slicers, steam kettles, tables and floors
  • assist culinary staff with special requests or priorities as required
  • operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • adhere to cleanliness and sanitation protocols consistently
  • support team operations to maintain smooth workflow
