Job Requirements

  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene
  • Willingness to work late-night shifts on weekends as required

Job Duties

  • Operate industrial dishwashers to clean dishes, glassware, and kitchen utensils efficiently
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and dishware are cleaned and sanitized to meet health and safety standards
  • Assist in basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, or assembling dishes when needed
  • Help with custodial tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, bathrooms, and dining areas
  • Inspect, maintain, and report any malfunctioning kitchen equipment to the Kitchen Manager for repairs
  • Assist with receiving and storing supplies and food deliveries in an organized manner
  • Empty and clean trash receptacles regularly to maintain a clean and odor-free kitchen environment
  • Follow safety guidelines for chemical handling, equipment operation, and proper sanitation practices
  • Be available to work late hours, including weekends, as the restaurant operates until 1 a.m. on weekends
