Job Duties
- Wash pots, pans, plateware and small wares
- Comply with Bento's quality standards and national food safety standards
- Proper handling of kitchen equipment and appliances
- Clean and sanitize work areas during and after shifts such as floors, trash cans, dish pit
- Unload and properly store kitchen deliveries
- Assist fellow team members with tasks whenever able, including prep and plating
