Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Willingness to work AM, PM, or mid-day shifts
- Availability for part-time to full-time hours up to 40 per week
- Hard working and cleanly person
- Ability to work efficiently in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Experience is beneficial but not required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in dishwashing or similar kitchen roles is beneficial
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

- Ability to follow hygiene and food safety protocols
- Good teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- Washing and catching dishes/silverware through dish machine
- Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems
- Monitor dish machine water temperature/chemical level to ensure sanitary wash cycle
- Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
- Keep dish room, rest rooms, and food preparation areas clean and organized
- Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware/plateware for dining room and kitchen
- Monitor linen and trash containers and empty when appropriate
- Understand and follow proper rules of hygiene and food safety measures
- Washing metal pots and pans through 3 compartment sink by hand
- Washing and lifting glass racks with glass washer
- Overall cleanliness of kitchen including sweeping, mopping, breaking down boxes, and trash removal
- Receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
- Flexible during shift to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed
