Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- familiarity with the handling of cleaning solutions and compounds
- good verbal communication skills required
- must be fluent and literate in English
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to comprehend product labeling instructions
- ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and fluctuating days off

Job Duties
- perform daily cleaning projects as directed by supervisors
- clean all floor mats
- sweep and mop all kitchen floors to remove food, debris, and grease
- clean behind and under all equipment
- maintain hood vent system and ovens
- maintain adequate inventory of supplies needed to perform job function
- responsible for proper storage of all equipment such as china, glass, silver, cooking equipment, and utensils
- ensure kitchen workers have and use the proper equipment necessary for the job such as gloves, goggles, cleaning solutions
- ensure that all equipment functions properly, report malfunctions promptly
- assist kitchen utility personnel with duties as directed by supervisor
- assist other outlets with cleaning projects or restocking supplies
- responsible for organization and proper storage of cleaning solutions and supplies
- maintain the levels and standards of cleanliness and safety set by the company, the Health Department, and OSHA
