Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- preferred associate's or bachelor's degree
- strong attention to detail
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- strong communication skills
- ability to interact professionally with guests
- previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required
- willingness to obtain food handler and alcohol certification within 14 days of hire
Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- ensure proper sanitation of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- assist kitchen staff by providing clean dishware and cookware promptly
- follow all health and safety regulations
- manage waste disposal and recycling tasks
- support the team in maintaining organization and efficiency of kitchen operations
- report any maintenance or repair needs promptly
