- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- ensure all dishes and smallwares are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- support culinary team by providing clean kitchenware
- monitor dishwashing machine performance and verify wash and rinse temperatures
- manage trash disposal and linen bag removal
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- collaborate effectively with kitchen and restaurant staff
