Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous dishwashing experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible full-time schedule including weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine
- Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, and trays
- Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth
- Ensures compliance with safety procedures
- Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as per standards
- Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation requirements
- Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces
- Removes trash and places it in designated containers
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Helps load and unload supplies and product
- Performs other duties as assigned
