- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous dishwashing or kitchen experience helpful but not required
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work flexible hours
- ability to follow hygiene and safety protocols

Job Duties
- Load, run, and unload the dish machine
- keep the restaurant's tableware clean and always in stock
- monitor the dish machine to ensure cleanliness and sanitation
- follow hygiene and food safety measures
- handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage
- work as needed to keep our operation efficient
