Job Duties
- Set up and break down the dish washing area
- Prepare and break down the dish machine and scraping area for service ware and pots
- Work as a team with other dishwashers to scrape, rack, and wash service ware
- Return cleaned service ware to the designated storage areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dish washing area
- Follow safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in ensuring timely availability of clean dishes for kitchen and dining services
