Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to obtain Food Handler's Permit within 15 days of start date
- previous experience in food service is advantageous
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- ability to work flexible shifts
- good physical stamina and manual dexterity
- basic English communication skills

Job Duties
- Serve cafeteria meals and ensure guest satisfaction
- maintain dining room and beverage area in a neat and sanitary manner
- replenish food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels
- properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
- accurately complete all reports, cleaning checklists and temperature logs
- remove trash from the cafeteria and main kitchen according to schedule and as needed
