Job Duties

  • clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing areas
  • ensure timely availability of clean dishware for kitchen and dining staff
  • follow all safety and hygiene regulations
  • assist with waste disposal and recycling
  • support team members in maintaining overall kitchen operations
  • report any equipment issues to management
