Job Duties
- clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing areas
- ensure timely availability of clean dishware for kitchen and dining staff
- follow all safety and hygiene regulations
- assist with waste disposal and recycling
- support team members in maintaining overall kitchen operations
- report any equipment issues to management
