Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- availability to work weekends including both Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 7:30pm
- ability to follow cleaning and safety procedures
- positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- any prior food service experience is preferred
Job Duties
- Collect dirty dishes from all areas
- utilize the three-sink process for all pans and non-dishwasher safe items
- load dirty dishes and pans in the electric dishwasher, running dishes through the wash and rinse cycle
- unload the clean dishes and places them in their assigned locations
- clean the work area after each meal and completes daily and weekly cleaning assignments
- prepares food requests for student activities
- assists with dishing condiments/snack items
- cleans all food preparation equipment according to use and cleaning procedures
