Job Requirements
- no high school diploma or g.e.d. equivalent
- ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment
- ability to use detergents and sanitizing chemicals
- ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to reach overhead and below the knees including bending and twisting
- ability to communicate clearly
- willingness to complete safety training and certifications

Job Duties
- operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools
- wash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
- receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock
- use detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals in the 3-compartment sink
- inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items, send soiled items back for re-scrubbing
- rack and spray all racked items with hot water to remove food residue
- clean and mop all areas in assigned departments
