Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates, glassware, utensils, and other kitchen items
- maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and kitchen surfaces
- assist kitchen staff as needed to support food preparation and service
- follow all health and safety regulations and sanitation standards
- manage dishwashing equipment and report maintenance needs
- ensure timely and efficient cleaning to support smooth kitchen operations
- dispose of waste properly and recycle when applicable
