Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior dishwashing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Availability to work full-time or part-time with flexible scheduling
- Willingness to follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation

Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
- Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, and trays
- Polishes silverware using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth based on procedures
- Maintains compliance with outlined safety procedures
- Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as per provided standards
- Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation regulations
- Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces
- Removes trash and cleans garbage containers including steam cleaning or hosing out
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Assists in loading and unloading supplies and products
- Performs other assigned duties as required
