Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a restaurant or similar environment is a plus
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- attention to detail
- strong communication skills
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all restaurant areas
- clean and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- operate dishwashing equipment safely and correctly
- empty all kitchen and other area trash
- work as a team supporting cooks with preparation tasks including making Cheddar Bay Biscuits
- focus on team and customers ensuring all decisions consider their needs
- follow all cleaning and safety protocols
