- must be at least 17 years of age
- ability to pass a drug screen and background investigation
- capable of standing for long periods
- willing to work evening and weekend shifts
- reliable transportation to the workplace

Job Duties
- clean and sanitize dishes and kitchen utensils
- maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing area
- assist kitchen staff as needed
- follow health and safety regulations
- operate dishwashing equipment properly
- support team members in daily kitchen operations
- ensure timely cleaning to keep up with service demands
