Job Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years of age
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background investigation
- Availability to work shifts typically between 1:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
- Willingness to work full-time, part-time, or PRN (as needed) schedules
- Must have reliable transportation to the job site
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Commitment to upholding The Marshes of Skidaway's standards of professionalism and hospitality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Ensure sanitation standards are met in the dishwashing area
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Support the food service team by restocking clean dishes and supplies
- Operate dishwashing machinery safely and efficiently
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain general cleanliness in the kitchen
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
