Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a foodservice or dishwashing role is a plus
  • Ability to stand and walk 100 percent of the time
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and frequently lift up to 30 lbs
  • Ability to follow chemical handling procedures safely
  • Must adhere to uniform dress code and personal hygiene standards

Job Duties

  • Run dishes and silverware through dish machine following proper procedures
  • Clean and maintain certain equipment and areas as designated by management
  • Keep dish room clean at all times
  • Keep sufficient supply of china, silverware, trays, cups, and glasses during service periods
  • Clean dish machine after every meal
  • Sweep and mop dish room floor at the end of each day, and empty mop bucket
  • De-lime the dish machine once a week
