Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a foodservice or dishwashing role is a plus
- Ability to stand and walk 100 percent of the time
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and frequently lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to follow chemical handling procedures safely
- Must adhere to uniform dress code and personal hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Run dishes and silverware through dish machine following proper procedures
- Clean and maintain certain equipment and areas as designated by management
- Keep dish room clean at all times
- Keep sufficient supply of china, silverware, trays, cups, and glasses during service periods
- Clean dish machine after every meal
- Sweep and mop dish room floor at the end of each day, and empty mop bucket
- De-lime the dish machine once a week
