Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to stand for extended periods
- capable of lifting heavy kitchen equipment
- able to work flexible shifts including weekends
- willing to adhere to restaurant hygiene and safety standards
- able to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication skills

- ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
Job Duties
- communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork
- be responsible for keeping the dish area organized, clean, sanitized and running smoothly
- maintain the proper water temperature for cleaning and sanitizing
- ensure dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are thoroughly cleaned
- support the kitchen staff by providing clean equipment as needed
- adhere to safety and hygiene standards
- assist with kitchen cleanliness beyond dishwashing duties
