- willingness to work day and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
- ability to maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment

Job Duties
- ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitized
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing
- stock dishes and utensils as needed
- safely operate kitchen equipment according to safety standards
- work independently and collaboratively with the dining services team
- lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, team members, and visitors
